Yuna Ivy Collegiate Academy is an independent secondary-school homeschool academic program for students in Grades 9–12 preparing for university admission.
Our program provides structured, rigorous coursework with clear learning objectives, detailed subject instruction, ongoing assessment, and individualized academic guidance. Each student receives a thoughtful plan designed around their academic record, goals, and university pathway.
We understand the academic limitations that some students may face at Jeju international schools, including restricted course availability, limited advanced-course options, and the absence of summer opportunities for credit recovery or academic advancement.
YI Collegiate Academy provides supplemental academic pathways that help students strengthen their preparation through transcripted coursework, honors-level study, summer courses, and appropriately documented course recovery. These opportunities are designed to help students demonstrate continued academic growth and pursue a level of preparation comparable to competitive U.S. secondary-school pathways.
Our purpose is simple: to ensure that students in Jeju can access rigorous, carefully supported academic opportunities and present a stronger, more complete university application.

본 아카데미는 명확한 학습 목표, 체계적인 과목별 수업, 지속적인 평가, 그리고 학생별 맞춤 학업 지도를 제공합니다. 학생의 성적 기록, 진학 목표, 희망 대학 및 전공 방향을 함께 고려하여 실질적인 학업 계획을 설계합니다.
제주 국제학교 학생들은 제한된 과목 개설, 고급 과정 선택의 한계, 여름방학 중 학점 보완이나 학업 심화 기회의 부족 등 여러 학업적 제약을 경험할 수 있습니다.

Yuna Ivy Role

Yuna Ivy coordinates student planning, program placement, progress monitoring, records organization, and college-preparation materials. Yuna Ivy does not directly provide instruction or award credits from the Washington private school.
Academic Records
Yuna Ivy가 공식적으로 관리하는 과정에 대해서는 이수 기록, 성취 자료, 과목 설명서, 학교 프로필을 보관합니다. 필요한 경우 학생과 대학에 제출할 수 있는 공식 학업 서류를 준비합니다.
For coursework officially maintained by Yuna Ivy, we retain completion records, achievement documentation, course descriptions, and a school profile. Official academic materials may be prepared for students and universities when appropriate.
Student Pathways.
본 과정은 전일제 홈스쿨링 학생과 기존 학교 재학생 모두에게 적용될 수 있습니다. 기존 학교 재학생은 재학 학교의 공식 기록을 유지하며, Yuna Ivy는 별도로 관리하는 과정과 자료만 보고합니다.
The program may serve full-time homeschool students and students enrolled at other schools. Students remain responsible to their primary school, while YI reports only coursework and documents that YI officially maintains.
Dual-diploma pathway
학생은 현재 재학 중인 학교를 유지하면서, 자격 요건을 충족할 경우 워싱턴주 사립학교의 학업 과정을 별도로 이수할 수 있습니다. 요구 학점을 충족한 학생은 기존 학교 졸업장과 미국 고등학교 졸업장을 함께 받을 수 있습니다.
Students may remain enrolled at their current school while completing coursework through the Washington private school, subject to eligibility requirements. Students who satisfy all graduation requirements may earn both their local-school diploma and a U.S. high-school diploma.
Student records
Kaplan, NY Core, 워싱턴주 사립학교 등 외부 교육 제공기관의 과정은 각 기관의 공식 과정 개요, 이수 기준, 평가 기준, 최종 평가 규정에 따라 운영됩니다. 해당 온라인 학교와 인증 교육기관은 자신들의 인증 및 기록 관리 기준에 따라 각 학생의 공식 성적표와 이수 기록을 직접 발급합니다.
Yuna Ivy Collegiate Academy는 학생별 공식 성적표, 과목 설명서, 평가 자료, 이수 확인 자료를 수집하고 체계적으로 정리합니다. 연아 아이비가 공식적으로 관리하는 자체 기록에는 연아 아이비의 기록 관리 기준과 각 외부 교사 또는 교육기관의 과정 지침에 따라 확인된 과정만 포함됩니다.
외부 학교가 발급한 성적표는 해당 학교의 공식 기록으로 유지됩니다. Yuna Ivy의 기록은 외부 학교 성적표를 대체하거나 변경하지 않으며, 학생의 전체 학업 과정을 명확하게 설명하기 위한 보조 학업 자료로 사용됩니다.
Courses offered through external providers, including Kaplan, NY Core, and the Washington private school, follow each provider’s official course outline, completion requirements, grading standards, and cumulative-assessment policies. Each accredited online school or educational provider issues its own official transcript and completion records under its accreditation and records policies.
Yuna Ivy Collegiate Academy collects and organizes each student’s official transcripts, course descriptions, assessment materials, and completion documentation. YI records include only coursework that YI officially maintains and verifies under YI’s recordkeeping guidelines and the applicable instructor or provider requirements.
Provider-issued transcripts remain the controlling official record for provider coursework. YI academic records do not replace or alter those transcripts. They serve as supporting academic documentation that clearly explains the student’s complete educational pathway.
